Dine at Chandeliers Restaurant
The cuisine and wine cellar are superb, home cooking served in the elegance of the chandelier room. Dining is by candlelight with roaring open fires enhancing the ambience.
Martin Brown, our Head Chef, wherever possible uses only local produce delivered daily to ensure freshness and quality.
We grow all our own herbs and some salad crops. Everything on the menu is home made including the bread rolls and ice creams.
Our menu is unique and changes monthly.
Examples of our mouth-watering dishes are -
Fine green local asparagus with coppa di Parma ham and Béarnaise sauce
King prawns served warm in a salad of roast peppers, fresh ginger, chillies and roasted garlic
Pan seared fillet of Sea Bass with a caper cream sauce and parsnip chips.
Provencal roasted vegetables and goats cheese terrine with a sundried tomato dressing.
Local Aberdeen Angus sirlion steak with a wild garlic ( from our grounds ) butter sauce
We cater for vegetarians and all other dietary requirements.
For an even more intimate setting, dinner can be served course by course, beside the fire, in the luxurious surroundings of your own room.
